Living my life with a visible disability means people stare at me wherever I go. It started when I wore leg braces as a kid and continues now as I use my wheelchair. Because of all those eyes on me, I used to try to make myself small, to hide a little. And then one day, it just kind of hit me.
People are going to stare no matter what.
I can’t hide away my disability. So I am going to wear what I want, do my makeup as I like, embrace my big curly hair, and stop giving a f*ck about what strangers think.
On this page you’ll find beauty tips and tricks for disabled hands, reviews of products, and lifestyle articles. Some of these posts may contain affiliate links and will be clearly noted at the top. But rest assured, my opinions are always my own!
